Features of the XTW Series
1. Patented auto-zero technology: the meter can automatically zero in any orientation, improving measurement accuracy and ease of use.
2. Equipped with a wire diameter compensator to correct errors caused by different wire diameters, enhancing measurement precision.
3. Includes a wire guide and an open guide wheel structure, making it easy to capture the material being measured.
4. V-groove aluminum measuring guide wheels with ball bearings.
5. Rugged, anti-slip aluminum housing, resistant to electromagnetic interference.
6. LiPo lithium-ion polymer battery (approx. 60 hours continuous operation).
7. The material under test, guide wheels, and screen are all in the same plane, allowing the user to see measurement data, guide wheels, and material status at a glance.
8. Up to 10 materials can be precisely calibrated; together with the wire diameter compensator, the linear measurement range is extended.
9. Full-character menu setup for simple and convenient operation.
10. Depending on the range, measurement units can be selected from g, kg, cN, N, daN, lb.
11. Can record Max, Min, peak Max, peak Min, and average values during measurement, and can store up to 10 independent measurement values.
12. Programmable trend bar with settable max/min values for clear visualization of tension variation range, combining the advantages of analog meters for trend display.
13. Fine-tuning of displayed results: if the on-site material deviates slightly from the factory-calibrated material, the accurate value can be shown without recalibration.
14. Function settings can be password-protected for enhanced security.
15. The tension meter offers two display modes, combining the precise reading of digital tension meters with the trend display advantages of analog meters.
