Universal tension meter with wired or wireless communication to PC
NEW FEATURES OF XTX SERIES
1. Patented auto-zero technology: the meter can auto-zero in any orientation, improving measurement accuracy and ease of use.
2. Equipped with wire diameter compensator to compensate errors caused by different wire diameters, improving measurement accuracy.
3. Fitted with wire guides and a guide roller moving structure, making it easy to capture the material under test.
4. V-groove aluminum measuring guide wheels with ball bearings.
5. Rugged, non-slip aluminum housing, anti-electromagnetic interference.
6. LiPo rechargeable battery (approx. 60 hours continuous operation).
7. The material under test, guide wheels, and screen are on the same plane, allowing full view of test data, guide wheels, and material status during testing.
8. Up to 10 materials can be precisely calibrated; combined with the wire diameter compensator , the linear measurement range is larger.
9. Full character menu setup for simple and convenient operation.
10. Depending on the range and needs, display units can be selected from g, kg, cN, N, daN, lb.
11. Records max., min., peak, average values during measurement, and can store 10 independent measured values.
12. Programmable trend bar with settable max./min. values, clearly showing tension variation range, combining the advantages of analog meter trend display.
13. Provides display fine-tuning function: if the material measured on site deviates slightly from the standard calibration material, accurate values can be displayed without recalibration.
14. Function settings can be password-protected for enhanced equipment security.
15. Communicates with PC via wired (standard) or wireless (optional) connection for data storage and analysis.
16. The Sakers tension meter provides two display modes, combining the reading accuracy of electronic tension meters and the trend display advantages of analog meters.
