Sanker U-508 Sonic Belt Tension Meter: Precision Measurement for China Suppliers & Factories
KEY FEATURES
🎯 High-Precision Acoustic Technology
The U-508 employs advanced sonic signal processing to measure belt tension with ±1% accuracy, significantly outperforming traditional mechanical gauges. It automatically filters out ambient noise interference.
📏 Ultra-Wide Measurement Range
- Tension Range: 0.01 – 99,900 N
- Frequency Range: 10 – 5,000 Hz
💡 Smart Data Management
- 500 measurement records stored onboard
- 48 pre-loaded belt constants
- Max, min, and average value recording
🔧 Advanced Sensor Technology
Features an upgraded aerospace-grade induction probe. The 170 mm flexible acoustic arm sensor provides optimal positioning in tight installations.
🖥️ User-Centric Design
Backlit LCD screen, compact handheld form (160 × 59 × 26 mm), and selectable units (Hz, Lb, N, Kg). Simple one-handed operation.
🔋 Extended Battery Life
Powered by standard AAA batteries for all-day field use without recharging downtime.
HOW IT WORKS
The U-508 operates on the principle of transverse string vibration. When a belt is plucked, it vibrates at a natural frequency determined by its mass, tension, and span length.
1. Input Parameters
Enter belt mass, width, and span length or select from pre-stored constants.
2. Capture Vibration
Position the acoustic probe near the belt center and lightly tap the belt.
3. Instant Readout
The U-508 analyzes the harmonic frequency and displays the tension value in real time.
BELT COMPATIBILITY
- V-belts (wrapped, raw-edge, cogged)
- Synchronous (timing) belts
- Poly-V (multi-ribbed) belts
- Banded (joined) belts
- Power transmission belts
