SK-608 SANKER Sonic Belt Tension Meter

Non-contact tension measurement is performed using acoustic principles. 

The device displays measurements either as vibration frequency (in Hz) or as equivalent belt tension force (in N). 

Compatible with V-belts, multi-ribbed belts, and synchronous belts, the instrument captures and analyzes belt vibration signals via a high-sensitivity sensor, delivering accurate, real-time tension readings—critical for ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability of belt drive systems. 

The SK-608 sonic belt tensiometer features an upgraded high-definition OLED display, enabling clear and reliable data reading in confined or low-light environments while enhancing overall usability.  

A newly integrated low-frequency measurement mode (10–50 Hz) and an optimized signal-processing chip have reduced signal acquisition time from 1.2 seconds to 0.2 seconds.  

Designed specifically for long-span belts exhibiting low-amplitude vibrations, the device combines compact ergonomics, intuitive operation, and high measurement accuracy.
