Extended Sonic Belt Tension Meter Probe (1-Meter Cable)
Product Appearance
- Probe Head: Black engineering plastic housing with built-in high-sensitivity microphone/sensor. Sturdy construction.
- Cable Section: Extended to 1 meter (1000mm) of flexible, high-elasticity cable. Resists pulling and tangling.
- Connector: Gold/Chrome-plated metal plug (with locking/positioning structure). Stable signal transmission, plug-and-play.
Key Selling Points
✅ 1-Meter Extended Cable, More Flexible Operation
This is the biggest highlight of this probe. Whether dealing with large pulleys, cramped operating spaces, or the need to read data from a distance, the 1-meter cable allows you to measure the belt without moving the main unit, greatly improving inspection efficiency.
✅ Precise Sound Pickup, Stable Performance
The built-in high-sensitivity acoustic sensor accurately captures belt vibration frequencies and effectively filters out external noise, ensuring the stability and accuracy of measurement data.
✅ Universal Interface, Plug-and-Play
Uses a standard metal connector, perfectly compatible with mainstream models like U-508, U-550, U-507, and SK-608. Simply replace your old probe, and your tension meter will work like new again.
✅ Industrial Grade Build, Durable
The black probe housing is resistant to oil stains and impacts. The metal plug has passed multiple plug-and-unplug tests, is resistant to loosening and oxidation, ensuring long-term reliability.

Application Scenarios
- Large Industrial Equipment Maintenance: For large drive belts in paper mills, textile plants, etc. You can measure close to the belt without removing guards.
- Automotive Engine/Chassis Inspection: In complex engine compartments, the long cable allows you to place the main unit outside the vehicle and extend the probe into the belt location for easier reading.
- Warehouse Logistics & Elevator Maintenance: Random belt tension checks in high places or narrow gaps.
Usage Tips
1. Connecting to the Main Unit: Align the metal plug with the main unit's interface. Insert vertically with slight force to ensure a secure lock, preventing poor contact.
2. Method of Use: Hold the probe tip vertically close to the belt surface (recommended distance: 1-3mm). Tap the belt with a screwdriver or your finger to generate the sound wave for reading.
3. Maintenance: Keep the probe clean. Do not drop it heavily or submerge it in water. If the cable is found to be damaged, replace it promptly to avoid affecting measurement accuracy.
